A song about true leadership, delegation, and power. Based on the story where Moses, overworked because of his function as the leader and functioning judge of Israel, receives some sound advice from his father-in-law, Jethro. He is advised to delegate the responsibilities to other wise and capable people.

The message applies to a Church setting, but is also very relevant in friendships and families: true leadership does not encourage a group's dependency on a leader. A true leader makes other leaders, and focuses them on a dependency on God.
